Citadel Outlets is situated behind a beautiful historic Assyrian Castle wall and is in walking distance to the Double Tree Hotel.

Citadel Outlets is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown LA off I-5 at Atlantic Blvd. Parking is easily accessible for busses. A designated tour bus drop-off is located at our Valet lot on Hoefner Road. Tourists will have easy access to Customer Service, restrooms, complimentary wheelchairs and strollers, telephones and an ATM.
Tour Amenities
Each group that visits Citadel Outlets will be personally greeted upon arrival. Everyone will receive a map of the center as well as a Preferred Shopping Card good for additional savings at participating stores. The tour guide will receive a gift certificate, valid at all of our stores and the bus driver will receive a free meal from Subway or Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Goodie, for groups of 10 or more per visit with one-hour minimum stay.
